Trainee Capacity Building Needs and Preferences Survey
PASSERELLE is conducting a national study to understand and address trainees’ needs and preferences for capacity-building activities in patient-oriented research. This includes training and learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Trainees in this study include academic trainees (e.g., undergraduates, graduates, post-docs, new investigators), clinical trainees (e.g., residents, early career health professionals), as well as recent graduates and alumni.
The survey is anonymous and consists of 27 short questions about knowledge in patient-oriented research, experiences with current learning activities, and needs and preferences for skills development.
Results from this survey will guide us in prioritizing activities tailored to trainees’ needs, considering their regional, social, cultural, and financial contexts.
