Core competencies framework

In partnership with other SPOR entities, PASSERELLE is currently developing a core competencies framework for patient-oriented research. Thanks to the huge experience of these entities and on rigorous consolidation work, this framework describes the competencies needed to successfully engage in and carry out patient-oriented research. The framework includes both research and professional competencies (ex: communication, leadership), as well as competencies related to the context of research and healthcare. It will enable learning activities to be adapted to the varied needs of the community, by identifying and prioritizing the essential competencies to be strengthened for each learner to carry out relevant and meaningful patient-oriented research.
