AsPERusual: a Podcast for Practical Patient Engagement
Anna M. Chudyk, a patient-oriented researcher at University of Manitoba and SPOR Transition to Leadership fellow has launched the second season of asPERusual : a podcast for practical patient engagement. The aim of this new season is to bring awareness and understanding of existing infrastructure to support patient engagement in research. Seven episodes are already available, featuring outstanding guest speakers from the Canadian Cancer Society, the SPOR Evidence Alliance, the Chronic Pain Network, PASSERELLE, Diabetes Action Canada, the SPOR Canadian Data Platform and members of Equity-Mobilizing Partnerships in Community (EMPaCT). In addition to interviews and interactive transcripts, this new season also bring perspectives and reflections of a patient partner to each episode.
